Quality Policy

The Quality Policy of the IS SOFOS company constitutes a commitment by the company’s management for its steady and controlled operation. The compliance with the Quality Management System, which was developed according to the requirements of the new international standard ISO 9001:2015, is also based on this Quality Policy.

IS SOFOS aims at producing and trading in signs, as well as providing services of installation and light measurement of photo luminescent low location lighting systems.

In order to ensure the high quality of its products and services and their compliance with the relevant legislation, IS SOFOS attends to the following (through specific processes and competent personnel):

  • Raw materials come exclusively from internationally recognized suppliers and they are accompanied by certificates of conformity to all international regulations and legislations.
  • The company’s suppliers are evaluated at regular intervals.
  • Quality controls are carried out at every production stage.
  • Output indicators and customer complaints are constantly evaluated by the company’s  management.
  • The personnel are highly trained and possesses the necessary means in order to carry out their duties
  • The company does its utmost to stay up to date on international developments and maintain a high level of competitiveness.
  • The company sets quality and development goals and monitors them systematically.

IS SOFOS systematically monitors every new development in Greek, Community and international legislation on matters concerning the company and ensures its timely compliance.

In order to improve the quality of its products and services, IS SOFOS carries out regular system reviews and schedules and implements all the necessary preventive and corrective actions, when required.

The personnel of IS SOFOS is familiar with and implements this Quality Policy and makes a constant effort, within their respective sphere of competence, to improve labor productivity and the services offered.
